国際委員会はJIA建築家大会2025千葉のプログラムとして、International Presidents’ Forum（IPF）を開催します。

International Presidents’ Forum（IPF）は、海外の提携建築家協会の会長や代表者を招いて、建築に関する国際的課題に取り組むことを目的とした国際交流企画です。今年は日本建築家協会（JIA）に加え、アメリカ建築家協会（AIA）、タイ王立建築家協会（ASA）、大韓建築士協会（KIRA）、韓国建築家協会（KIA）の参加を予定。これまでのフォーラムでは、アジア建築家評議会（ARCASIA）、シンガポール建築家協会（SIA）、AIA日本支部（AIA Japan）などの友好団体も加わり、「ヘリテージと文化的アイデンティティー」（2022年）、「建築家の認知度とその向上」（2023年）、「建築家の調達方法」（2024年）をテーマに、各国の実践や制度、課題を共有し、議論が展開されました。IPFは、文化や制度の違いを超えて建築の未来を共に考える場です。今回は、大会テーマである「せんのちから」に沿った、多様性に富み、持続可能で創造的な都市・社会づくりに向けた対話を行う予定です。なお、本企画は全編英語で実施します。

1. The impact of AI on architectural design and the redefinition of professional roles
2. Shifting roles in response to population decline and aging societies
3. Architects’ responsibilities in climate action and sustainable design
4. Social value and community engagement by architects
5. Reform and future direction of professional associations in society
